Registration On Our Systems

We have tried to include functionality on our site that is useful to you.  To do so, it required us to establish three separate systems that operate under the HEC umbrella.  The first three listed below (the Registered User System, the e-Commerce System and the Appointments System) are important for using our Telephone and Live Online Chat Consultation Services.  The fourth system (Used Curriculum) allows you to post used curriculum materials for sale to others.  At this time, these systems do not share information.

For FIRST TIME USERS, each system requires that you register once to create an “account”!   [For ease of site use, it is recommended that you use the same Login and password information with each of the systems that you register.]

Our systems include:

• e-Commerce System.  Our e-Commerce System enables us to collect credit card or e-Check payments for both Consultation sessions and Products purchased on our site.  This system also uses your email address as the login “username”, but you can choose your own password.  This creates a separate account only for purposes of our e-Commerce System.  You can use the same password as the Registered User System password.
  
• Appointment System.  Our Online Appointment Scheduling System enables you to schedule Telephone Consultations and Live Online Chat Consultation with our Panelists or to register for our HEC workshops.  This system also uses your email address as the login “username” and allows you to select your own password. You can use the same password as the Registered User System password.
  
• Used Curriculum.  Our Online bulletin board-type system enables our registered users to sell or purchase used curriculum. You can use the same password as the Registered User system password.

Please Note: The Registration information that you submit for using our systems remains private and confidential, however, please use caution when giving out any personal information to third parties that you may encounter while using our services, such as purchasers of your used curriculum.  We cannot control the actions of such third parties.
