How do I start my Telephone Consultation or Live Online Chat Consultation session?
Upon purchase of your Consultation session, on your receipt you will receive a link to download instructions for accessing your Telephone Consultation or Live Online Chat session. In addition, our system will email your receipt to you including the same download link. It looks like this: 
Do I need to Register more than once on this site?
We have tried to include functionality on our site that is useful to you. To do so, it required us to establish four separate systems that operate under the HEC umbrella. Each of the Registered User System, the e-Commerce System and the Appointments System are important for using our Telephone and Live Online Chat Consultation Services. The fourth system (Used Curriculum) allows you to post used curriculum materials for sale to others. At this time, these systems do not share information.
